How Do I Place An Order?
GIve us an email to info@bitsnpieceshk.com or call us at +852 5649 8370 to get your unique quotation.
We will review our price and available stock reguarly.
Some seasonal items will be at discount price when the season is going to an end. Some items may be short of stock will take longer time to deliver. Some items may be on-sale that we will definitely offer you clearance price.

Payment & Shipping
Once you confirm our quotation with payment, we will start deliver the goods to us if they are available, or we will start production of goods at your consent.
For local order, we can deliver to you for free if purchase over HK$800.
For overseas order, we can deliver to you by our own forwarder or you can choose your own.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options
We accept various payment methods.
For local order, we accept direct bank transfer and paypal.
For overseas oder, we accept payment by L/C, bank T/T and paypal.

Returns & Refunds
In case there is damage during transportation, the responsibility will go to the forwarder. In case there is our product defect, please return to us and we will fix it for you.
